Hi fellow deviantartists...
A few days ago my father took his last breath. It sucks because he just found out he was going to be a grandfather. We don't have enough money for the cremation on our own so we've started a gofundme page to raise the money for it as well as his last wish if possible. He was a great man that I am proud to call "Dad" and I know he would have spoiled his first grandchild greatly even if he had to go without, just like he would do for his own kids.
His dying wish was to be cremated and have his ashes sent to montana so that my mother could meet him there and spread his ashes at Glacier National Park. He always loved that old country song, "Meet Me In Montana", and since my parents never got a honeymoon he said this would be the only substitute he could offer my mother.

Deviantart has helped me grow so much throughout the two years I've been on here...
Starting at poems:
Then moving to short stories and my AU story:
Afterwards I started to expand my horizons, so I started using bases for digital art:
I started to feel more confident thanks to all of the inspiration, support, and critiques from my fellow deviant artists/friends and I started to stray away from bases. Not all of them were necessarily any good...:

So this past year was definitely something....
